Privacy Policy

This policy explains what PrioApps LLC ("we") collects when you use Screenvibe, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can to run the service.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and sign-in records.
• Your projects: the app ideas you type, chat messages, and the designs, themes and images generated for you.
• Billing: your plan, credit balance and history. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Usage and logs: which AI actions ran, their cost and timing, and basic server logs (IP address, browser) for security and abuse prevention.
• Free plan checks: to stop the free app being claimed again and again, we keep a simplified form of your email address and the IP address your free app was made from.
• Where you came from: if you arrived through a link with a source tag (such as ?ref=newsletter), we save that tag with your account.
• Share pages: people viewing a shared prototype don't need an account; we log their requests like any website and store reports they send.

How we use it

To run Screenvibe: generating and storing your designs, charging credits, processing payments, keeping the service secure and fixing problems. We don't sell your data and we don't use your projects to train AI models.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run parts of the service for us, under their data processing terms:

• Anthropic — AI models that plan and design your screens (your prompts and designs are sent to them).
• fal.ai — the image model that creates photos for your designs (image descriptions are sent to them).
• Supabase — database, sign-in and file storage, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany.
• Hetzner — the servers Screenvibe runs on, in Germany.
• Resend — sends sign-in emails.
• Stripe — payments, invoices and sales tax; Stripe is the seller of record for purchases.
• Sentry — error reports, without your IP address or request details.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies to keep you signed in, and one cookie that remembers the source tag of the link you arrived with for 30 days. Your browser also stores a few display preferences. We don't use advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, this policy will say so first.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your projects while your account exists. Deleted projects and screens are removed from our database right away and from backups within 7 days. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or object to how we use it — email support@screenvibe.app. If you're in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. Your account and projects are stored in the EU; some providers, such as our AI providers, process data in the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
